The Flight Centre Employee Share Plan gives eligible employees the chance to invest in the business they help build - with Flight Centre gifting 1 free share for every 2 you purchase when the plan opens in May and November. It's available to employees with 3+ months' service, administered by EquatePlus, terms & conditions apply.

What to do

You don't need to do anything! When you become eligible you will receive an email invitation to join the Employee Share Plan. This occurs twice a year - May and November. Equateplus administer the plan on behalf of FCTG. You will need to accept your invitation, set up your account and decide the amount you wish to invest monthly into it.

Perkbox

Meet Perkbox! It's a lifestyle and recognition rewards scheme that you are already part of. You can 'earn' flexi points and spend them on vouchers or use them for discounts with various providers.

What to know

You receive 50 flexi points each month to use within Perkbox. There are over 1,200 perks available and you can choose discounts to popular perks or access vouchers to spend. Included in Perkbox is the opportunity to recognise your peers for further rewards.

What to do

Perkbox is all about rewards and recognition. Each month you receive 50 flexi points that can be used at a variety of providers. Your points are automatically accumulated - all you need to do is decide how you want to spend them!

What to remember

Our Perkbox reward system works well with support. Ensure you nominate your colleagues for recognition via the platform. You can also check your flexi points and browse the 1,200 perk providers to choose your desired voucher, discount or perk.

Financial Coaching

Ensuring you are making the right decisions with your money is important for your financial wellbeing. Using a Financial Coach ensures you are up-to-date and moving forward.

What to know

All UK employees receive one free 30 minute Financial Discovery session each year. Held with a dedicated financial coach this is your opportunity to ask questions and check in on your financial wellbeing.

What to do

Jump into the employee portal and take advantage of your free session. The financial coach can support you in areas of budgeting and saving, along with investing and questions around pensions.

What to remember

The Financial Discovery Session, with the dedicated financial coach, covers budgeting and saving, pension and investment discussions, mortgage and insurance queries and access to mortgage advice, will writing and insurance checks. This is all available via the employee portal.

Workplace Pension Scheme - Royal London

The Workplace Pension scheme is for employees to build wealth for their retirement. All UK employees are automatically enrolled in the Royal London Workplace Scheme. You can access the website below.

What to know

After three months of service, all UK employees are automatically enrolled in the Royal London Workplace Pension scheme. The contribution structure varies with your service period and FCTG matches your contribution level. The only exception being those with under 3 years' of service where the employer contribution is 3% against the employees 5%. The contributrion rate increases up to a total of 12% (employee and employer) after 7 years of service.

What to do

Ensure you check your Pension Scheme regularly. You can login via the app or the website. It's important to understand what you have, what you are contributing and your contact details are correct.

What to remember

You will be automatically enrolled once you've met the minimum three months of service. Contributions are based on your service period and increase over time. With the exception of the first three years of service, FCTG matches the employee contribution to the scheme.

Financial Advice & Wealth Management

Financial advice is available for employees through a partnership arrangement with Argentis Wealth Management. This is a fee for service arrangement that will be discussed with you in your initial meeting.

What to know

Financial advice is an essential part of long-term financial planning. Through a partnership with Argentis Wealth Management, UK employees have access to FCA-regulated financial advice. Services include: retirement planning, mortgage planning, portfolio management, insurance planning, inheritance tax planning and more. The initial consultation is free.

What to do

At different stages in your life there will be a need for financial coaching and/or financial advice. You can get in touch with our partners and book an initial free consultation to discuss your needs. At this appointment they will outline the areas where you can receive advice (eg retirement planning) and the cost of the service.

What to remember

This outsourced, professional service is available for our people who are looking for financial advice. This may be for a single area, such as mortgage, or you may require comprehensive advice. You will receive an outline of the fees and types of service relevant to your circumstances after your initial meeting.
